Eevee Evolution clock WIP

Post by elwilson08 »

Somewhere a while ago I got the bright idea to cross stitch all the Eevees and put them on a clock face. Since there's only nine I have no idea how that's going to work. It hasn't stopped me from making them though [emoji16]

Does anyone have any ideas how I can make this work, or should I just frame them individually?

These look great! Can't wait to see the other evolutions!

Have you thought about stitching some of the different pokeballs to get you to 12???

Good luck!

I thought about it and couldn't decide on which ones to use :banghead: I don't know if they all should be the same or different. Then I thought about getting patterns for some of the Eevees floating around the internet, but I figured that would just confuse everyone. What do you think?

I've seen a stitched Eeveelution clock and it had exactly that! Pokéballs at 12, 3, 6 and 9 :)

I think you should pick a Pokéball and use that. I tried to picture different ones but I'm not sure it would look as cool. :)

I'm go see if I can find a pokeball pattern I like. I think I'm going to set the clock on a square canvas. Hopefully it'll look ok.

You could do all the eeveelutions minus eevee in the numbers 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, 10, and 11. Then different kinds of pokeballs for 3, 6, 9, and 12...and then eevee in the center because that's where all the other eevees come from.

That's kind of how I planned out this project

Thanks everyone for the suggestions! I think having 4 balls and Eevee in the middle is going to be my best bet. I couldn't decide which Pokeball to do, so I made a quick pattern for all 4. I'm still waffling a bit on the order, but I only have 2 more plus the balls and I'll be done!

If it were me I'd lean towards just doing the plain Pokeball.
