A friend of mine told me about this adorable game called Tsum Tsum. It's disney related and super cute. Very similar to candy crush but better (I think). You can add friends for this, but have to download a completely different app called Line and make a profile. It's kind of like a off-brand facebook (I think).
So if anyone ends up looking it up and getting it, let me know and I'll happily give you my User ID.

Got back into playing Fantasy Life on the 3ds. I started a new character because I'm lame and couldn't remember what I was doing on my old char (I kept the old char around just in case, though). I really do like the game. I stopped playing it the first time around because Story of Seasons came out and I ended up playing that for a bit before Etrian Mystery Dungeon came out. LOL! Anyway...getting back into it and really taking my time to open up all the different lives and stuff as I move through the story. I'm kinda sad I wasn't able to get Persona Q while it was on sale and I don't know when I'll be able to pick up the EO2: Fafnir Knight either. Hoping maybe I can get both during Christmas this year. I'm slowly building my 3ds/ds game collection. LOL! I've also been seriously thinking about trying to find money for the new 3ds now that Binding of Issac has been released for it. I keep hoping other cool colors will come out for it (they are releasing a blue one soon but I'm hoping to replace my purple 3ds with a purple n3ds).

Currently I'm playing Skyrim with two characters. My first one is Laniel, a Bosmer (EDIT: Actually, he's a Breton. My bad.) jack of all trades who mixes sword and spell, while wearing light armor. The other is Torlin, a Redguard warrior who uses a one handed sword, a shield, and wears heavy armor. As for why, well, let's just saaay... oh, perfect timing! *the fallout 4 hype train comes by, going "hype-hype, hype-hype, hype-hype, choo-choo!"*
Howdy, I'm FarribaStarfyre. My screen name was FarribaSteelhand for a few years, but I changed it to Starfyre to match my Mom's. Most of my posts on here are/will be Minecraft sprite art. Anyway, I have some procrastinating to do, so I'll see you later.

On doctor's orders, I'm taking a few days of rest, which means I got a chance to play Journey. This is a typical example of a game that has been over-hyped. If a friend had recommended this to me, I would have LOVED it. It's beautiful and original. However, after all the 'Game of the Year', 'Games you must have played', 'Essential games' and the raving reviews etc, my overwhelming response was: "... that's it?" Such a pity.

(Double post, sorry) I've also just finished Flower and Everybody's Gone to the Rapture. Flower is a lovely, easy going game that I keep wanting to replay because there's something very calming about just soaring through the sky as a petal. Everybody's Gone to the Rapture I want to replay because it keeps haunting me - even though it's hardly a game in the traditional sense of the word (you can only walk around slowly and occassionally open doors or interact with objects by pressing x) it is pulling at me to go back and find every last scrap of story.

Aw, that's kinda sad- I absolutely adore Journey. Your experience is the reason that I typically try to ignore all of that sort of stuff unless I've already played something and want it to get that praise. It's also why I try not to overhype things to my friends.Aegidia wrote:On doctor's orders, I'm taking a few days of rest, which means I got a chance to play Journey. Regarding your second post- I also love Flower. It's great to pop on every now and then to relax now that I've completed it.

I'm planning on replaying it a few weeks from now. I think now that I know what to expect, I will be able to appreciate it better. Like I said, it is beautiful and it has tremendous atmosphere and I'd like to spend some more time in that world.TigerLily wrote:Aw, that's kinda sad- I absolutely adore Journey. I definitely understand that. The second time I played through I was able to look around more at the surroundings and take in just how pretty the scenery is. Also, did you play it online or offline? If you haven't tried it online yet, I recommend trying it. I played it online the first time I played through it and it really made a big impact on me.Aegidia wrote:I'm planning on replaying it a few weeks from now. Re: What games are you playing now, and why?
I just started Bloodborne...well, I'm like a third of the way through, I think. I don't think I've ever rage quit so much in my entire life. I've always been the person who says, "It's just a game." This game, though. I yell and use a lot of select words when playing and I've never done that before lol. Also, I didn't realize I could die so much in a game.
