I had to unpick a heap of dark blue, since I was one stitch off on the red, so nothing lined up right. Oh well. At least now it'll line up.

I also bought an embroidery pattern today,for a christmassy idea, but since it's not game related, i'll put it in my other thread when I start it.

I've been busy! I got stitching last night, using Wall-E and Cars for background noise, while I waited for 4am to watch the Doctor Who announcement. (I still have suspicions of Moffat trolling us...)

I'm colouring in the wings at the moment, while waiting for a random person who plays Animal Crossing to show up online (ah, timezones) so I can hopefully get Limberg, who's moving out of her town. So not a lot of progress lol. I'll post a pic when I find my cord, or when I stick it on my FB and share from there.

Going to have to take a break for a few days I think - I sprained something in my hand while holding the hoop. As you do.
It's coming along nicely, though - it's so vibrant.

I finished the blue part of the wing! Taking another break for a day or two (or so I tell myself) because I can feel holes being bored into my fingers. Only the red and orange of the outer wing to finish this page!

Another progress update!
My wrist is still a bit sore, so it's slow going. Thankfully I can rest half the hoop on my leg and the other half on the desk, so the strain isn't as bad, but it can make it fiddly with such a large hoop. almost 1/7 pages done! I'll probably do the end of the tail and flame next, so it's all up from there.

One page down!
I've decided i'll do the bottom two pages next - they're the tip of the tail and the flame - and the work up.

Hopefully less fiddling with the hoop that way.
