Here are my two 
Super Metroid: Woohoo fluorescent effects! Always looking for an excuse to use those. ^^
Ecco the Dolphin: Probably about as minimalist as I could get without not actually doing anything. Done in one of the pearlescent effects threads. Photo has washed the background out a bit, though!
