Firey pokemon help please

Post by Pyper »

I've been working on an arrangement of my favorite fire types (from fire red/leaf green sprites), but when I put it through KGC to get a nice pattern it really messes around with the colours. Can someone with a different program please run it through theirs and see a) what the colours suggested are, and b) if it at least has the colour blocks with the right symbols. KGC was cutting out some of the yellows completely.

If it doesnt work on other patterners I'll go through by hand in KG to at least get all the symbols right then eyeball the colours.

Anyone who has stitched these pokemon, which colours did you use and what do you think of them?

Thanks for trying but it looks like the pattern maker is introducing a lot of artifacts. The file is a bitmap so it shouldnt have compression/colour alteration problems as far as I know, and I have been working with it pixel by pixel. I can't seem to open .rar on this computer, so I was wondering what size you put in? I forgot to add in the main post the pattern is 206 x 150 pixels/stitches.

Hi, the pattern maker usually configures itself, made it abit bigger , because when it was smaller you lost a lot of detail.

If you having trouble with the rar file, you could pm me your email address and I'll email it instead if you want.

Here's the PCStitch version of it:

I haven't adjusted any of the colours, as you wanted it for comparison. I do this all the time, it can be quite useful! :D
