SEP-OCT - Mini Swap 2012!

Got my presents!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOVE THEM!!!!!!!!! I've been trying to focus and edit and post the pictures for the last hour, but I've been too excited about them and have been texting and posting on facebook about them instead.

I got home from work this evening, and a mystery parcel was waiting for me! I'm going to post pictures on Saturday, when I can take the pictures in daylight. Thank you so much gift-sender, these gifts are amazing!

Okay, me focusing, here we go:

So I got my presents today! What's hilarious is that I'm working on funkymonkey's Epic Mario pattern and she dyed the fabric for me. And everyone that's come over for the last month+, I show them what I've done so far (I have the "Mario" done) and talk about how sweet she was for dyeing the fabric and how much I love her edited pattern and the original pattern, and then show them pictures, and then guess who my buddy is!

First off, picture of everything. Framed cross stitch, Yoshi magnets, and a drink coozy (spelling?)

This is a close up of the cross stitch. 22 ct. WOW. I am amazed you did that. When I was opening the gift, I was bouncing off the walls and then excited when I saw each thing, but when I got to this I just stopped in my tracks, stared, and just said "wow". It's so amazing. Just wow.

And then the Yoshi magnets are on the fridge. I absolutely loved Super Mario World and was one of those people who had to eat every fruit so I'm excited you chose this sprite. And he's on my fridge next to my blue Yoshi magnet a friend made me for my birthday last month. And they look perfect together, which is cool.

And a Hylian Shield-shaped tin of mints! Which I don't seem to have a picture of...! I'll see if I can get a photo of me wearing the t shirt at some point!

I love coming on when the swaps are arriving, it always amazes me how incredibly talented people on here are - Also that people who seem so smart have very little understanding of the word "small"

I recieved a perfect swap from Starrley this week and just need to get some photos and find the cable for the camera/computer and the pics will be up

Thank you, Shanoa! I love it! I think I'll be too afraid to use the trivet for it's actual purpose, but it will make a snazzy addition to my kitchen. (Mario and Cafe is a good theme, right? )

Also, I apologize greatly to the recipient of my package...I will be sending yours on Friday. Life has gotten in the way, but I assure you, it will be worth the wait

AAHHHH!!!! Got my AHHHMazin'! gifts today!

I don't know who to direct my adoration for them to since no name was left, but I'm sure you'll feel the love!!!

I got an absolutely adorable baby Link hat which the baby will definitely be wearing! Great job with those dpns, I bought a whole set of them but have been too chicken to have a go at it yet. A wonderfully well done Secret of Mana bookmark!! A totally cute Blue Luma!! Two of my favorite things combined, blue and stars!!! Again, fantastic job since this was your first crochet project! Some toffee which I will be eating since this baby loves sugar!! And postcards, neato cuz I love postcards from other places!!
