S.T.A.R.S Resident evil pattern request

Hello! I'm wanting to do a S.T.A.R.S patch from resident evil. I would like it to be as few of colors as possible, no more than 15 if possible. I want the patch to be between 4 and 6 inches wide and 8 inches tall. Whatever makes it look the best! Any help would be appreciated! Oh and post PDF please!

First off, that jersey comment must be some kind of spam. Secondly, here is the S.T.A.R.S badge pattern you requested. 3 colors total, or 2 if you eliminate the white. All done on 18 ct. Aida. Sadly, i don't know how to convert to .pdf, but here is the .sth file.
