My Walking Dead patterns

Post by La Ptite Bete »

Hi everybody...

I love Walking Dead series ! Can't wait for the new season... while waiting, I buy and read the books !
I'd love to make one of these patterns (especially the "city" one), but I'll need a second life if I want to stitch all I want to.
So I put my work here ; maybe it'll interest someone else !
I also put the modifications I've made to the "city" pattern ; so the thread colors should match better the KG chart preview below.

:hello:

Rick on his zombies pile is 320 x 390 stitches (but 62% is white background), and only 18 colors (but no blocks, so this must be a difficult pattern) ;
The city view is 290 x 290 stitches, 35 colors.

You are officially my new favorite SpriteStitcher!! I have been trying to figure out a good zombie themed project; didn't have to be Walking Dead even. So far my only thought has been to use a yellow aida and do a sillhouetted zombie... the plan was to make a triangular "zombie x-ing" sign. That's on the back burner now because, wow, the city view is spectacular! So yes. :nod :yahoo: :good: Thanks! (Work's not to happy I printed that out on their printer, but whatevs.)

Excellent!

I am also glad to see I'm not the only one that's crazy picky about color selection. Good for you!

:hello: Hooo thank you very much !!!
I thought this one didn't interest anyone.
I wish I could do the city too, I love how it turns.
I'm still stucked with my "ghost pirate ship" project ; still haven't received the threads.
I'm about to commit a murder, for sure... :banghead:

Wow that cityscape one is awesome!!! I would love to do one but I know I would never finish a project of that size and difficulty, doesn't mean I won't try at some point though lol. I wish I could make patterns that looked that good.

Wow, I might have to try that zombie one. Downloaded it, just debating if I should try it. I love the pattern!

Thanks a lot, Nate  Tell me if you decide to stitch it !!
I think a Stitch-A-Long could be much encouraging for such big projetcs...
I'm not decided to stitch it either for the moment (I don't have any time at all !!)

Thanks! I decided to go for it! Realizing immediately this is going to take months, but I'm going for it. Here is the little bit I've got done...
