I just went to the post office and my package is on its way! I was told my person should receive it towards the end of next week. I included a couple of Maryland goodies in the package as well.

I'm almost done! I'm a stitching machine right now. Imagine a montage of me stitching from morning to night, set to "Eye of the Tiger."

And so begins the eager wait to see who gets tnitnetny's package!
I know what you mean starrley! I've been going nuts these past few days, and I've finished at school until next month so I've got plenty of time to get this done now so I feel much better about it!

Mine may end up being late. My husband just had an emergency appendectomy this week and I've been taking care of him for the past couple of days and probably will for at least a few more, meaning no stitching for me. Sorry, swappie! I'll get finished and send them out as soon as I am able!

No problem, glad you've posted to say so. Hope your husband feels better soon!

I can totally relate to that! I've stitched so much lately that I'm in agony every time I pick up my needle 'n' thread. And this morning I realised I only have 15 days left to finish everything and get it sent off! Panic would be an understatement right now! :help:

Looking forward to seeing more gifts arriving though :D

Ah poor guy! I had my appendix out back when I was in 9th grade, so I know how he feels. Missed almost a week of school just laying on the couch feeling absolutely horrible... Ok, actually I slept most of the time... but when I was awake I did not feel good! Hope he recovers quickly!

I've actually been concentrating so much on my gifts that I had just about forgotten the fact that I am also supposed to receive one!
Current Projects: Crocheting stuff, writing letters, cross stitching stuff oh, and making beer!

My gifts should be good to go by the end of the week, or next Monday at the latest. I'm SO closed to finished on the last gift, and I'll just need to get some Aussie things to send out with it! Opinions, if you were my swappie, would you rather get vegemite (not that I'd make anyone eat vegemite *shudder*) as it is VERY Australian, or something else, like chocolates? Or both? I'm not entirely sure what other Aussie things would be good.
