Why don't I understand Celebriwen's entry?

I've been trying to figure it out for the past 10 minutes and I just don't get it...maybe it's from a game I don't play? I do admire your ironing skills to get it to stay in a ring like that, though.

I thought it was ring around the rupees. I think I'm way off.

It's supposed to be mini rupees from green to silver.

And it is made out of mini hamas and is just a tiny bit too large for my finger...
