Making sprite patterns question
So I started playing with KG stitch today and have a lovely resource of tons of sprites. My issue is after I save a sprite to my computer it has a black background, I can use paint to just color background white but it also colors the outline parts that are supposed to be black white as well. I hope this makes sense, I know it sounds strange. Does anyone know what I am talking about and how I would go about fixing it?

Re: Making sprite patterns question
What I usually do is pick a color far from any colors in the sprite already, and fill the background in with it. Then, when you import it to KGStitch, you can just right click and delete the color. Hope that helps a bit
I've noticed if the file is a .gif, which most are, that the coloring of the background is fairly limited as to what you can fill it in with (colors come out in grayscale iirc). Just try to make it a color that doesn't match the border and you should be able to use the eraser tool in KGStitch.
