new logo up...working on banner.
is that decent placement? I kinda feel like it should read sprite-stitch-forums or sprite-stitch-board...do people agree?
also vote for a color on it...

I'm also considering ditching that lame fade from dark blue to light blue and replacing it with a solid color. opinions?

1) I like the placement
2) I like just Sprite Stitch
3) I like the lame fade out
4) I like it how it is now, but I'd be interested to see color scheme 7 in the banner layout.

Re: NOV/DEC Challenge - Design a Logo - VOTE FOR THE WINNER!!!
Johloh, I updated the two lists of images, to include all color schemes in both formats. I wasn't sure if you're going with just the banner format, or plan on using the logo format somewhere else as well, so I did both. I also changed the pure "grayscale" variant to a "gray/purple/red" variant, because I thought having both a "grayscale" and a "greenscale/Gameboy" scheme was a bit redundant.
And let me know if you'd like to have "sprite" and "stitch" the same color, or split into two different colors. We can play mix and match with all the schemes I've provided.

Hope these help!

I prefer the B2/L2 colours... I prefer the 'sprite' and 'stitch' being different colours... I would quite like to see purple in there somewhere though... Although I am mad on purple...
Also, I'm not seeing the banner at the top, just the logo. Is that just me, or is it the same for everyone?

The placement is fine.
Sprite Stitch by itself is fine.
The "lame" blue fade is fine until something better is presented.
I like the greyscale Sprite Stitch.
There's my vote.

Re: NOV/DEC Challenge - Design a Logo - VOTE FOR THE WINNER!!!
The grayscale version DontCrossMe's referring to was variation number 9. (You have to scroll the image window down to see it.) But when I updated the list, I replaced the grayscale variation with a different version, because it seemed like the grayscale and "greenscale" number 10 were a bit too similar. Sorry for any confusion this may have caused.RAWRmonster wrote:...Er, am I missing something? I don't see a greyscale.DontCrossMe wrote:I like the greyscale Sprite Stitch.
