okie dokie. partners have been chosen. I matched any people up with special requests on crafts to recieve and shipping locations...(the only special request that couldn't be totally follow 100% was people requesting to not have cross stitch)

then after those couple people were out of the way I used a random number generator and matched up the people with no special requests (most people).

one question, people are going to tell the receiver who they are when they send the gift right?

and everyone should take pictures before they send, in case the person they send to doesn't have a camera or something and cant post a pic of their gift.

also, remember who you are making a gift for isn't who's making a gift for you...SO DONT MAKE CONTACT WITH THEM...itll ruin the surprise, if you have a question send it through me!

:wiz :wiz SENDING PMS NOW... :wiz :wiz

please dont get too mad at who you got, it was random and I did the best I could!

pms are all out.

one thing, I think we should agree that if someone drops out or drops the ball on sending a gift we should all agree to bombard the person who received nothing with mini gifts sent from as many of us as possible...

Yes sounds great!

Just making sure - but we can send a variety/a lot of crafts right, not necessarily one big one?

I don't see why not, no-one has said we have to make one large piece. You can make a pack of items if you want, just make sure they are finished by the deadline.

yeah...I'll likely be doing a variety...I don't have the patience for a jumbo sized stitching.

I am gathering that the majority of us are doing stitchings...
Should we send the project in a frame or just send the stitching?
I personally don't mind sending it framed but maybe some people would forgo the extra cost?

After 5 hours last night spent agonising over what to make, i think i finally have a decent idea, now all i have to do is decide on how, when and with what!

i don't plan on framing. it's not the cost that bothers me...it's the fact that i don't want anyone to get broken glass when i send it to them.

i'm giving myself a 1 month time frame to plan and purchase items. i figure 2 months should be a good enough time frame to get my project done.
