Peaches "* the Pain Away" pattern (opinion wanted)

I want critique on this before I stitch it. It's just not fully sitting right with me for some reason.



I changed the sprite of the orange from Pacman to make the peach haha.

Well, you asked for critique, so I'd take away all the orange lines within the peach and just use orange to outline it and then backstitch a curve to designate it as a peach. For some reason, it's looking really busy to me as it is, but I'm nit-picky like that.
