It should be about 4.5 feet by 4.5 feet im guessing. My boyfriend wants it bigger!! I dont think i could come up with any more squares! Hes lucky with what he gets lol. Thanks for the idea Ellentje, sounds easy enough.

You could always just put a big border on it to make it bigger, you could even add borders to all the squares to space them out and make the blanket bigger at the same time without having to add more squares
