Looking good!

I had that same scroll frame only I could not get the fabric taut enough so I got rid of it and got a really big q-snap.

I'm obviously not Crafty Sasha but I got mine at Hobby Lobby.

I got mine at Hobby Lobby, too!

I'm not too thrilled with it, either, I have been thinking about the q-snaps, but I've been hesitant getting one.
@rogueprincess20 How happy are you with the q-snap? Any advice on which size to get?

I love the q-snaps. They keep my projects nice and taut and unlike a hoop they dont leave marks and when it gets loose all you do is twist the things that hold the project on a bit. As far as size goes that depends. I have a small, medium and large one and I think the medium one would be the most versatile because you can use it with the larger projects still. My small is the only actual q-snap branded one and is 6x6 the medium is 8x8 but seems way bigger then the small and the large is 11x17.

I have that frame as well, and I thought the looseness was just because my projects are so big... hmmm I may need to look into the q-snaps as well...

Sasha, it looks great! I had looked at that scroll frame too but I had read some reviews that it didn't keep the fabric very tight. I used the q-snaps for a little bit on Beauty and the Beast but I wasn't careful about resting it on a clean surface and I got some dirty spots on the corners. The tension was good though and I liked that it was easy to tighten it up, so if you are careful the dirt shouldn't be a problem. I ended up buying the EZ scroll frame (I think it's listed under American Dream scroll frame?) on Joanns online store. I used a coupon there, too so it wasn't too expensive, and I love, love, love the frame. Keep on keepin' on!

Ahh, Thanks. I have q-snaps as well but I don't like to use them on aida cloth (I have troubles getting the fabric back off). My opinion is that they work better with thicker cloth like afgans.

OK, I'm just so excited to see everyone joining us on our Disney Dreams projects! This is awesome. Now we have Beauty and the Beast, Lion King, Snow White, Cinderella, Bambi, and Peter Pan. Now all we are missing is Pinocchio.
Anyone want to start that one up?
