Also, what is this revolutionary, magical pen that you speak of?! What is it's exact name, and where can I find one, please? I assume at a craft store like Michaels or something, but do you remember which section you found it in?

I haven't seen it at Micheal's. The 2 Micheal's I go to in the Ottawa/Gatineau region don't even carry regular embroidery pen... But it's very much possible that Michael's in Canada don't have the same selection than Michael's in the US.

It's shocking how many people haven't heard of the Phantasy Star series, considering PSI was one of the early pioneers of RPGs.

I swear I grew up under a rock with the amount of things I've never experienced! To this day I have not seen Ghostbusters - I have been told I'm dead inside because of this haha! It seems I have a lot of catching up to do! So if I wanted to play PSIV, what console would I find it on? Or is it too old now?

Woven fabrics like aida and linen are technically evenweaves. I just say 22ct evenweave rather than use its usual name, hardanger, because then I'm just inviting yet more questions! If you're interested, hardanger is a type of embroidery from Norway, usually white thread on white evenweave, although modern peeps are doing all kinds of fabulous things. I'd recommend having a google about it, you'll see some wonderful work

I'm totes going to Google it! I've recently discovered the wonders of plastic canvas and I love finding out new exciting things to do with cross stitching! =)

Gonna be honest. And I have no reason for having thought this. I was under the impressiong that BMH is a man. No idea why. I know she has a daughter and junk but it never crossed my mind that she would be a woman. My bad!
Really when I think about it, I assume (and again I'm probably putting my foot in it majorly here) that most of the stitchers on here would be ladies.

Don't worry. I get that all the time! I'm told it's because of my general attitude and the way I talk. I pretty much type how I talk, but minus most of the expletives and colloquialisms! I'm also very much a tomboy

You can play PSIV on a MegaDrive/Genesis emulator, Gens is pretty much the best choice for that. Also, watch Ghostbusters!

HA HA HA HA HA HA! LOL! I can't even imagine BMH being a man. This is so funny. You never know on the internet though.
There are a lot of ladies on this site, but we have our fair share of guys on here. And, of course, the whole site was started by a man, Johloh.
I love that guys stitch. I just really wish I could get my husband into it. He refuses to try because he thinks it looks tedious. He has no idea how relaxing it is.
My personal theory is that BMH is a robot, programmed to be an awesome stitcher.

Yeah my boyfriend reckons he would never have the patience for stitching and yet he paints Warhammer which looks way more boring and tedious to me! To each their own I suppose! The main thing is we are both impressed with the other's finished works lol =)
