Re: Sonic the Hedgehog (Finished)
Here is Sonic the Hedgehog finished. I didn't want to wait for my other boards to come in the mail so I compensated. I took the one that had only a few beads on it from one of his spikes and finished his foot. Then ironed it and moved the board back. Turned out well I think. I think I'm gonna frame him. He's 21½ inches tall if anyone would like to know. He's too heavy for poster putty to hold him I think. I'm very proud of this.

I don't think he'll be too heavy for sticky tack!
I have some pretty big and heavy pieces mounted with it. I might be wrong, but it *looks* do-able
I love it btw! Sonic holds such a special place in my heart. You did say you were doing Tails next...? Have you got a sprite picked out or do you need one? I'm totally ready and willing to help anyone go on a sprite hunt, lol.

Re: Sonic the Hedgehog (Finished)
My walls are drywall so the sticky putty doesn't really stick well to it, but I'll try it. Yes, I am doing Tails next. I have a really good sprite I found of him, Sonic, and Knuckles. But I don't think I'll do Knuckles. I can't remember where I found the sprites but here they are. They look cool.

Oh yes, those poses are very cool. Drywall? My bad
I have no idea how to mount stuff on drywall so perhaps my two cents was worthless, lol.

Well, my bedroom and our front livingroom is regular walls. This room where we mostly are in and our computer is in here is where I'd like to hang him. I think I'll just get a frame. It will be easier.

OMG, that is so amazing!
I just fell into this board today and am totally captivated by perlers. Good Grief! I have a kind of stupid question, though:
Once you iron it, is the "right" side the ironed side or the flip side? If it's the flip side, would you alter your pattern so that it's a mirror image? That way, once you flip it over, it's facing the correct way?
Gosh, I think I just confused myself but I hope you understand what I mean.
Thanks for your help. I think I need to go buy some beads. Where's my 40% off coupon?

For me, I iron both sides so it doesn't really matter which side you display. It looks good either way.
