Making a title and adding the creator to pdfs

Whenever I make a pattern in KG Chart, and then use cute odd writer to make it a pdf, the pattern itself says untitled at the top and it doesn'the have me as the creator of the file. I also would like to add a 'preview' image in it like I have seen with some pdf patterns. Does anyone know how to do that?

I'm not sure about the author and the preview (I typically use PC Stitch) but to get the title, go to "Chart" and then to "Information". There's a spot where you can enter the title of it.

Make sure that when going into the print/preview click the Finished Image box and it will give you a preview pic at the top of your sheets.

Thank you so much! Now I can go and add titles and previews to my patterns. I have a lot of work ahead of me, lol.

Still don't know how to add yourself as the author though...
