Sprite Stitch Board!

Hi I was wondering if any one could help me make a pattern for this pic or even an abc sampler with the muppets full bodies (which I would love if someone could do that!)
Another option I was thinking was the Sesame Street characters. (big bird, The count, burt and ernie, elmo, oscar the grouch, mr snuffalupagus, etc...)
I normally use the 14 aida cloth. The Size of the finished sampler, doesn't matter because I will mostly be using the individual letters.
I'm not picky on the amount of colors either.

I ran this through PC stitch, with 50 colors. I'm having trouble making it into PDF format, so I'll post the PCstitch version here, and I'll try with the PDF after. It's quite large, over 30 pages.

Here it is in PDF. I managed to crop it and get it down to 20 something pages. Almost one letter per page.

Thanks for posting the PDF! I turned it into a PDF but every time I try and post a PDF it "loads" for like 10 minutes and then times out
