Discworld Colour check

I thought I would give The Discworld a try. I have a pattern (which may have come from here) but as KGChart has had issues with colours recently I was wondering if people could look over it and tell me if anything is way off before I go and buy all the thread.
Also could someone please turn it into a pdf for me?
