Sprite Stitch Board!

Hi guys! I was curious is someone could turn the following image into a patterns for me. I think it's only made up of 5 or so colours, which is totally cool with me. I'm thinking about an 8x10ish size.

Also, I'm working on a Mac computer here, so if it could be saved as a jpeg or pdf. Thanks guys!
