Sprite Stitch Board!

I would love for someone to make this vintage Coast Guard poster into a pattern for me. I found it on google images so I'm not even sure if its possible. I would like for it to fit into a 8x10 frame or smaller. however, if it needs to be bigger to look right thats ok too. Use as many colors as it takes, I really want it to look as close to the poster as you can get it with backstitching included if possible.

The quicker the better as I would like for it to be a birthday gift and I'm sure it will take awhile to stitch. But I would just like to have it so if it needs to wait I'm ok with that too. Thank you!!

Hi again! Sorry for the delay, it needed a bit of work to make it usable. It's a little bigger than you asked for, and I recommend you stitch it on 18ct aida. I haven't added any backstitching as I didn't think it was needed, but if you want to add some later then go for it!
