Bender pattern - Futurama

Hi! I'm new to the hobby and I just love Futurama! I was searching for some Bender pattern but with no success. Could you please help me with this? I found these images, I'd like to make them on 14ct Aida, I don't know what size will be best for them, maybe ca. 30x20 cm? I guess you'll know better
