NOV Challenge - Game Items

After a ridiculously close vote, Game Items won.
Now, items means potions, power-ups, pieces of equipment, bombs, etc, etc. I want to see an insane amount of creativity with this one!

Shockingly, I have an idea for this one. The question is, do I have the time? With two essays due this week and more the beginning of December, I'm not sure! =(

I'm jealous! I thought I had a good idea, but on thinking about it more, I decided that I didn't like it - now I'm try to think of a good one (I'm cheating and trying to make my fiance try to think up things too...) Here's hoping that inspiration hits soon!

So with the help of my brother, I've got my idea and am trying to piece together something simple. Don't have time for anything complicated.
