Sprite Stitch Board!

When I read this idea from m4pl3g1rl a bit back, I had a feeling it would be a really fun challenge. And knowing all of you, I'm sure it will produce some very interesting ideas and projects!

Here's m4pl3's description:

Now, I was going to follow this and select a character for you and have you all use that, but I think that sucks. It also makes my brain hurt, so no. You can each pick your own character to steal the colours from, use those on another character also of your choosing and we can have a bit of fun trying to guess where the colours came from! Therefore saving my precious brain cells and also generating a lot more choice.

Examples:
Samus in Mario colours
Sonic in Tails colours
Black Mage in White Mage colours
And so on.

This is just for the month of November so I'd advise you to keep it small and simple! But do feel free to try anything you like. All crafts welcome as usual. Entries in by the 30th please!

OOH. I used to do a lot of sprite recolours back in the day.. This sounds fun!

Pattern made, stitching started. I am also taking the pokemon recolouring route, though I suspect quite a few people may. Oh well, its fun

Kept looking for some inspiration and the idea hit me like a freight train.

Well, I couldn't get the idea out of my head, so I just had to stitch it before I went to sleep. Here is Mega Man with Samus colors.
