This is it, I just need to finish the sand. I'll probably make another one, just don't know from which game yet.

Yay,another quilt! Now my almost finished square can still serve its goal, even though it's a year later than planned

Re: Stitching for Charity 2012
Hi! I'm new here (I was looking for a Hama bead Pikachu for a friend's birthday and found this amazing place!).
Because of my job which takes most of my time, I didn't stitch for about 6 months now. I used to buy lots of things from Heaven and Earth Designs. After visiting this website, my motivation is here again and I can't wait to start!
Also, I think you people have an amazing imaginative mind!
I love the idea of stitching little scenes from video games and I'd like to join in (I've already put my name on the spreadsheet). Id like to stitch something from Valkyrie Profile : Lenneth (either a character or a scene, I don't know yet).
I hope to be an active member of the stitching community!
(Is it okay if I live in France? I mean, to send the finished piece?)

I want to do Secret of Mana! It was my favorite game growing up.
I was thinking of adapting the cover art into a square. This image, but obviously not quite-

Probably cut down just to have the three characters.

Eliste - that picture was always so evocative; it's going to be a great square.

I've finally decided to stitch this picture. It's from the Valkyrie Profile intro (remastered).
Lots and lots of blue shades ^^

Good luck with the blue, Myu! Drove me nuts last time!
I will be getting around to making some patterns and beginning the stitching VERY soon, just wanted to say I love the ideas so far and I'm looking forward to seeing them all made up

Thank you msstitcher!
After making the pattern for Lenneth's picture, I realised it was maybe a little bit too light so I darkened it a bit.
But now, I don't know which one to choose. Would you rather pick the lighter one or the darker one?

I'd go for the darker one myself, some of the details seem to stand out more.Myu wrote:Thank you msstitcher!

Re: Stitching for Charity 2012
I agree, and the darker colors stand out better among the other stitching too. You don't want it to be too washed out.
