I bought a teeny tiny clip lamp that doesn't overbalance my hoop and shine it onto the back. That's why I'm on piece four -- works like a charm

A good light source is definitely needed and I also found that putting something white in behind it helps, normally I stitch with a brown blanket over my lap but if I have black aida I use a white one and it helps a ton!

I love all the entries, I definitely couldn't have thought of them so great job!

Maybe i over reacted a litle bit, it wasn't too bad. The biggest probelm was that every time i wanted to spend 5 minutes stitching i had to set up the lamp, get a white pillow for my lap etc. Just a bit of a pain. Thanks for the advice though

I think johloh is busy. Haven't seen him around the forums lately. He should get around to it soonish.

when does the this/the next months challenge usually crop up? cause i'm desparate to give a challenge a go! 8D could we perhaps make some kind of poking device out of taped together pencils and poke Johloh? <-- Don't ask, too much Moster Energy drink for one day!
