I shall give clues as you guys are close.

Well no. 1 is obviously Mario, there are 3 others that are in the same Universe (game world) as Mario...

There is one belonging to a character of the Legend of Zelda series. There is also a moustache there belonging to a character featured in a LOZ spin off game...

I think we all have guessed no. 3 as belonging to Dr Robotnik/ Eggman.

I think I give it away by mentioning Punch Out and Mega man.

Then of course no_need was extremely close for the last moustache!
