ToastofDoom- if you look back through the pages there was a google doc we had up, so maybe if there are some holes you could fill in one there. I would PM crabbyman if you need more direction- he's been wonderful enough to take the lead on this!

Okay these are my patterns. Both are from Final Fantasy IV, which is the only Final Fantasy game my brothers and I had for our snes, so I'm rather attached to it :nod
I'm fairly new at making patterns, and these are my first actual patterns.

You may want to put some kind of a background on the left one instead of white. It is what a lot of people are doing for their sqaures and filling in a bunch of white tends to be a pain (in my experience). Even an off white, or a very pale light green might look good.

The one on the right isn't an exact square, so just make sure you make up for it and add some extra wall to the sides when you stitch. Other then that, I think they both look good. Have you talked to crabbyman or checked the doc (and added yourself) to see if there was room for these squares?

i've been working/packing getting ready for moving and doing a thousand things so i've not started on the white portion of my square at all. i'm not sure if i'm going to be able to do the white parts which need to be done.

of course i'd like to get it done but if i can't i'll hold on to this square for the future^^;

i just have 0 free time right now =\

Hey, sorry I've been quiet lately, things at work have gotten C-R-A-Z-Y. I'm all for more people making squares if they feel they can finish it in time, as long as that's cool with you, tnitnetny. Here are the links to the google docs so you can take a look at what we've got going on so far.

General quilt: https://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key ... l=en#gid=1
Final Fantasy: https://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key ... l=en#gid=0
Zelda: https://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key ... l=en#gid=0

As well as the guidelines we established:
16 count white/off-white (no colored) aida
6"x6" (96x96 stitches) working space
We need at least 4.5" border on each side so:
at LEAST 15"x15" total canvas size
Also, plan on sending at least $2-$3 per square to cover the cost of quilting materials

I think we decided this would all be due in August (rigghhhtt?)

I definitely don't mind more squares like I said, but you were the one organizing it ;) If i have too many squares, I can always make some throw pillows.

Definitely need all squares by August 1 if I am going to get everything quilted, photographed, and ready to ship by October 1. This is so there is plenty of time to auction items as well as possibly donate one quilt to the dinner event in December. Once I start working on the quilts one of us can contact Child's Play and let them know what we are doing.

Don't forget when you mail me the squares to include your sprite stitch name and which quilt it is for!

Yes, me too! It's something I've been wanting to stitch for ages! If it goes really well, I might just make another one for myself

Well, I've finally found some time and was able to work on my square. Take a look. I know there's still quite a bit to do, like Mario and the entire black background but at least it's a start!
