I'm really digging the dig dug (sorry, bad pun). That's like the exact image I think of when I think of dig dug, it'll look great on the quilt.

That's not just bad, that's terrible. :P But thank you, it's exactly what I think of too.

I know it's too late for sign-ups, but in the event that someone drops out, I would love to be a back-up for the misc. quilt. ^_^

RAWR-- would you like to take my space on the Misc. quilt? I am doing one for the Zelda quilt, and would hate to do 2 when someone would like to do one.

Just let me know!

Hey Rawr,
I think its fine if you go ahead and add yourself to the list, especially since you're newer to the boards, just try to pick a game that's not already over represented. The "deadline" was more of a guideline to see if we even had enough people interested and try not to have everyone doe the same game. I'd like everyone that wants to contribute be able to.

Awesome!

I don't want to add myself to the sheet until I know what I am doing, so here's what I had in mind. I saw that you had put down Dr. Mario...are you still interested in doing that? If not, I'm all over it. :nod

Spoiler tag for lots of images...I got carried away.
Spoiler
If crabby doesn't want to do this one, it's definitely my top choice.
Image

I'm shocked this hasn't been mentioned yet.

Chunk of the World 5 map from SMB3

I am equally shocked that this hasn't come up.
Image

Bowser's Castle from World 8 map of SMB3
Image

I was afraid this might be too obscure, but I went ahead and made it a 96x96 anyway.
Image
I kinda figure that the two world maps and the Konami Code might be a little too obscure, but 1) World 5 is my fave; 2) Who doesn't love a good Bowser's Castle; and 3) Who DOESN'T know about the Konami Code?? What do you all think?

I *LOVE* the code! The rest are pretty awesome too, but every gamer should at least get the reference.

I'm glad you get to be a part of it RAWR! I'm almost done with my first square, and it has been a blast.

Those are great ideas, now that you mention them I can't believe no one thought of so of them either! The konami code is great, I'd personally love to see that one done so if you don't want to do it let me know and I will (if you don't mind).

Wow, jadely, you're already almost done with a square?! I'm so bad about procrastinating :(.
