JAN/FEB Challenge - Portraits!

Thank you MeiTow! I am kind of nervous about this one, since it is my first big cross-stitch I have ever done. (The only projects I usually do take maybe a day to complete.) This one will probably take me a little longer since I am going to go all out and stitch the frame too.

Oooh oooh the first big project!! I'm excited for you. Frankly I think the bigger projects are more fun, and more frustrating.

Here is my first entry for this challenge! I am gonna try for another but I am not sure I am gonna get it done...

Ok guys I finished mine! Sadly I sealed the frame with a satin varnish that really lit up with the flash.
Over all I'm pretty happy with it even though I had to fudge a lot ;)

Everything looks great guys! This is going to be a hard contest to vote on, I can tell you that. I've started a smaller portrait just in case I don't get my big one done. I'll, hopefully, get it done in the next few days (took a day off of portraits to work on a friend's piece). So many projects to do...so little time!
