My Helmeroc King

My random search for cross stitch kits for video games brought me to this site, and I fell in love with the Helmeroc King.

I finally completed the project I was doing (kings and queens of England since 1066) so I have been able to start this one

Uploading to a private facebook album makes it easy at the mo. If I remember every day...well thats another matter!

I like to take a photo of mine once a week. Sometimes is encouraging comparing it to last week and sometimes it's discouraging!

That's looks fantastic! How does it work having all the colour strands there? I haven't done much but I tend to do 1 colour at a time, I understand this is much larger though and would like to understand the how and why behind doing it like that. Thanks in advance.
