Thank you everyone! It seems to be self motivating at the moment. The project is so huge that working on it doesn't give too much feelings of accomplishment because it's so easy to look at how much I still have to do. However, as I was working on the last row of Dark World, it felt so much more like I was actually making progress than before. I'm still expecting a few burnouts on Light World, and it'll probably still take forever to finish, but I *WILL* finish eventually!

The fabric is 18 count black aida. I ordered a yard of it, and cut it in half for the width. On the plus side, next time I want to work on 18 count black, I have tons of fabric left! Ironically, when Hubby encouraged me to do this monstrosity, it was part of motivating me to finish a large light house project I had bought about three years before. By large, I mean 1/3 the size of Dark World. I still haven't worked on it.
