Epic Pokemon

Post by appletoriharvey »

Hi. I've recently started the 1st generation epic pokemon cross stitch. Just about finished the first page of it. So far I've just been doing it pokemon by pokemon within the confines of each page. I've noticed though that a lot of people have been using the parking method. I was just wondering how one would approach using the parking method on a project of this size and with so many colour changes? Does it result in you having to skip lots of squares to jump from where you finish with one colour to where you start that colour again? (I usually don't skip more than six or so boxes without tying off and reloading the needle. Any help would be appreciated. I've attached what I've done so far.
