A few of my projects

Post by Siri »

Hi!

I'm Siri, and I've started stitching again to save money for chinchillas (I used to breed chinchillas back in Norway, and I really miss them). I haven't stitched since I was twelve, and I'm also writing game reviews for a living, so the progress rate is quite slow. I hope to finish my Duck Hunt piece this month though, and I'm also working on a couple of new keyrings.

I made this based on the European cartridge, and it's stitched on 16 count aida, appx 68x63 squares.
Will take new pictures with a better camera soon, but this will have to do for now.

I also make keyrings. If you want to see more you can check out GameStitch on Etsy.

Looking forward to follow your projects, I've seen som pretty impressive stuff so far. :)

Those are really nice. I used to have pet chinchillas. They are one of the best pets you can have. I want to get another one eventually. I have enough pets as it is right now.

I made that fairy in my first round of holiday stitches back in 2006. I was never able to photograph her though, as I was working right up to the minute we left. I had a bunch of stuff washed and ironed the night before which I framed and wrapped while my wife was getting ready.

Anyway. The guy who unwrapped it had no idea what she was. Holding it upside down he exclaimed "Cool! It's... uh?"

But this past year another guy who ended up with one of these random extra gifts—the question mark block from SMB that I didn't even remember making—said it was one of the coolest things he owned.

Thanks guys!

I've been really busy for the past few months, but I've finally finished my Tetris Collection:
