Sprite Stitch Board!

This is my first time requesting a pattern, so please correct me if I do something wrong.

I tried making this into a cross-stitch pattern myself but the darn thing is so big my brain keeps breaking. I did manage to get the image itself down to 165x200 pixels but even that is about the size of a letter sheet of paper. Its a piece of fan art my brother gave me years ago. I've tried tracing where it originally came from with Google but no luck. (If you DO happen to know who the artwork belongs to please let me know.) What I would like is to have it about half the size it is now and probably about 25-50 colors and on an 18ct or lower. When I last imported it into PC-Stitch (I also have KG Chart) it was 165w x 200h on a 22-ct with 100 colors. Thanks a bunch for your help in advance!

hi. im new at this so you could have a look what ive uploaded to see if its any good to use.

couldnt upload chart as pdf because it was too large, so had up put it in a rar file , the charts and key are in the rar file.

Its 18ct , size should be about 15cm by 12cm.
