Minecraft Diamond?

Hello 
I would like to make a minecraft diamond into a pendant. The pixels are pretty easy to figure out but I don't really want to guess at the colors. I would like for the pattern to be maybe roughly 1-2 inches large (I would like to make a small pendant out of this, if that's anything to go by, which it probably isn't. Here's a picture of the triforce to make up for that. And possibly confuse you, because this is a minecraft pattern. I'm getting off track. 
). I would like it to be on 14 count aida, and however many colors are needed. And could anyone convert it to pdf format? (I feel so bad asking for all these favors haha) Thank you!
