Hey all,
I've started the pikachu pattern of little mojo's but the colours seem to turning out completely wrong for me.
I use DMC colours and am using the numbers on the pattern but they just aren't right, and from looking at the completed pattern on the internet the colours I have aren't the same.
Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem, or if anyone knows what could be causing it? Have DMC colours changed since the pattern was made?
Thanks

Re: Little Mojo's Pokemon patterns
DMC colours haven't changed for a long time.
I do know however that there are patterns out there which aren't LittleMojo's but profess to be. I know BlackMageHeart has a file of them all somewhere, I'd check that the pattern is the right one first.
if not, I'm sure people on the forum will be happy enough to make a new pattern for you

Hello Alice!
I have stitched the Pikachu pattern myself and would be happy to compare colours. If you could say which ones you're having trouble with then we can see about giving you some help!
Also, as Lord Libidan says I host all the LittleMojo Pokemon patterns so do check that you have the same one!

Re: Little Mojo's Pokemon patterns
Hey thanks guys.
Yup I definitely have the right pattern I got it from that same link.
I haven't gotten very far with it because I stopped with the colours annoying me, but the ones that seemed very wrong were 400, my 400 was a lot more red and the colours 742 and 972 seem to be exactly the same.
I'm beginning to think it may be a problem with my thread colours..

Re: Little Mojo's Pokemon patterns
I stitched this pattern and here is my Pikachu:

972 and 742 are very similar, and 400 is mahogany, so it's supposed to be reddish. You can always switch up the colors for ones that you find more suitable, but I was satisfied with the final outcome. The colors don't seem off or anything. Hope that helps.

"I assure you, Commander, the cards are sufficiently randomized."

Yes, I agree with starrley. The two yellows are similar, and the 400 is a reddish brown (mahogany as she says). Often the colours look odd until the whole piece is finished so I'd just stick with it and it should turn out like ours.
