Streetfighter pattern

My husband loves streetfighter and would love this as a gift, If I can make it with perler beads. Can anyone make this a pattern? Just the character screen would be fine. Dont need the blue background.

Yes, and no. 
I can make a pattern from it easy, (As I have done) however the quality of the image isn't great. As a result, the image comes out with loads of colours. 320 to be exact. And there are only 446 DMC colours. I have cut the size of the image down, so each pixel is actually a pixel now. I'll upload this as well, so someone can clean the image up, but I just don't have the time I'm afraid. If you can clean the image up I'll hapily make a better pattern for it, or if you can find a cleaner source image that would work too. Sorry I couldn't be anymore help :/

So - I took the image that Lord Libidan created and cleaned it up a little - got it down to 19 colors and the detail isn't too bad.
If you use a blue background (can you get a "background" with perler beads?) then I would switch the infinity symbol in the middle back to white. I just took out the background and I wanted to be able to see it on the pattern, so I switched it to that light blue color.
