Sprite Stitch Board!

Hi all, I am new to cross-stitch and have been working on a dimensions kit project for a while now and am looking towards my next project, which I would like to do based on the following image of skull kid. (spoiler'd due to large size)
I was thinking about 12" tall on 18 count aida, and if possible under 100 colours.

If someone could make a pattern for me I would greatly appreciate it.

Here you go. This is the best I could get detail wise and keep it under the size and color limit for you. Double check the color choices as sometimes my program selects ones that are off.

May I ask, what program did you use to create the pattern? I don't recognize the .pat file type.

No problem. I use PC Stitch.
