Asassins Creed Symbol

Post by Chaos-pie »

Hey there,

I'm quite new to stitching and have difficulties to create onw patterns.
I found this picture online and would reeaaaally love to turn this into a project.
It would be great if anyone could create a pattern for 14 count aida, approx. the size of 21x30 cm (8.25x11.80")
so I can frame it.
Don't mind the background, I'd like to only have the symbol.

Thanks a lot!!!!

Hope this is sort of what you were looking for.
14ct, 30cm long
Based on the detail, you might want to go for a higher count aida.

Hey, I haven't really posted on these forums much, but I turned this design into a shirt (just for me, I'm not selling it) I've started using waste canvas only recently but I think it transferred pretty well.

I really love this design, so thanks for posting it!

Looks great :) How is it working on the stretchy fabric? is waste canvas enough to hold it in place or do you need to use a hoop as well?

I've only just started using the waste canvas, so I heard after I started my projects you should use an interface for stretchy fabrics, which I didn't but it hasn't caused any trouble yet. I use Q-snaps instead of a hoop and I cut a square piece of waste canvas and used the square q-snaps to hold the edges of the waste canvas taut as I stitched. I think you're meant to secure the waste canvas before you start and the remove the running (?) stitch afterwards, but this fabric is very thin and I didn't want to leave holes, so I skipped that step. Can you tell I'm dreadfully lazy? :P

Merry Christmas, btw! (In this part of Oz it is now 20 minutes until boxing Day, but that still counts) :D
