Hi,

Firstly, that image is very bad quality. I found the original here: http://finalfantasyseries.tumblr.com/post/54773480129

I made the image smaller and made a pattern, however I warn you that there are a LOT of colours in this. Whoever made the image really went to town with the colour pallette. Annoyingly this means you can't really reduce it without it having a major effect.
However, I've attached it so you can have a look
