Sprite Stitch Board!

A couple of my friends are getting married this summer and they are using a Mario/Peach cake topper for their wedding cake. I was hoping to make a cross-stitch version of the cake topper (picture attached) and then have their names and the the date either above/below the picture. I'm fine designing the text myself but the actual image is beyond me! Can anyone help me make this happen?? The picture I'm attaching has a heart shaped base which you can just ignore - I really just need the mario/peach pair (with him standing on the coin block and kissing her). The characters don't have to exactly look like these versions - just need to make sure that peach looks pretty
