Purple Yoshi Needed!!!

Hello fellow stitchers!

I am in need of a favor. I would like to cross stitch my friend a purple Yoshi (just Yoshi...but he can be 3D, pixellated, etc, doesn't matter) but I can't seem to be able to get a pattern correctly. I don't even have a preference of the picture of Yoshi, whatever you can find and make it look cute would be awesome.

I'd like it to be less than the size of a piece of paper, so maybe around 8x8 or somewhere in that general range. And if you could use KG stitch, I would be immensely grateful.

I made this one up real quick for you. I thought that this particular pose was pretty cute but that's just me. I checked the purples over and changed it up a bit. KG-Chart has a bit of a problem with dark purples and blues and making them almost a black. Hopefully I fixed up the shading pretty good. Anyways its about 8x8 in 14 count with a little over 20 colors.

That is the original image, I tweaked it in KG chart down to around 20 colors as well.
