Help with Wither Skeleton face...

I am working on a pattern from Minecraft, and as my title suggest, it's a Wither Skeleton face.. I've tried on my own with KG Chart and KXStitch (Linux X-stitch pattern maker program). KXStitch got the closest, but it's still wrong color wise. KG chart gave me a pattern that makes it look like a camo skele face rather than what it should. It should be greys and black, not greens. Grey greens are ok as long as they are more grey than green..

I know this is teeny tiny but I am not worried about that.

This is what my PC Stitch spit out. I don't have a ton of time to double-check the colors, but they seem fairly close. If some of the greys are off, look at 413, 414, and possibly 415. Those are pretty good greys.

THANK YOU! That looks SOOOO much better. KG Chart was telling me that the majority of the stitches should be DMC 500 which is clearly a dark green not a grey green at all.
