I love the artwork for the new game Pokemon Conquest/Nobunga and would love it if someone talented could turn this image into a pattern

Preferably 14Ct Aida, although I'm happy to use any other size as the image has a decent amount of detail. Not too bothered about the amount of colours either. Looking to do a fairly decent sized project but nothing too large or crazy because I've got other projects I need to get done too
