Good luck! I'm very excited to see your updates, though! This one is on my list as well, but I'm waiting for the simplified pattern to be finished!

I should have waited for the simplified pattern... oh well, i gotta stick with now!

I feel like a dunce. Maybe I need to remember to read titles more closely! Maybe I shouldn't comment on boards when I'm sleepy! I was thinking of the Legend of Zelda stained glass. That's the one that a simplified pattern is being made for.
That being said, my statement still stands that this is an awesome pattern! And, I'll still be looking forward to seeing your progress!

I was planning on starting this one today as well (assuming I have enough cloth at home)! If not, I guess I'll be making a trip to Acton, ON.

I'm looking forward to working with 50 colours for a change, as apposed to the 150 I have with the Wizard of Oz one I've been working on off and on over the last couple years (damn knitting taking my time).

Slow, but sure progress.

Ohemgee! I saw this on the requests board a few days ago. I am SO EXCITED to see WIPs. I wanted to do all of the pictures posted on geekologie and even tried to make patterns (read: epic fail). If I wasn't commited to epic SMW I would do this one too. So... into the "to do" pile it goes.

It's looking great! I love how deep the colors are.
