Using the pattern I requested here: (viewtopic.php?f=5&t=4253) I've finally begun work on Rainbow Dash, I REALLY love how it's coming out so far (though if I were to do it again I might try to find a different orange so as to keep it from blending too much with the red, but whatevs)

How far I got as of last night, now you can see all the outlining and the purple shows up better.

Looks good, you work fast! Rainbow Dash is one of my favorites so I can't wait to see how this turns out!

I like the way the colors look on the black. Keep the pics coming!!

It's gotten to the point where it's hard to work on for very long, because it's just filling in huge sections of color, lol. I actually took a break to start on my next project, but still have gotten a respectable amount done.

Thats looking great are you going to fill in the pony as well with black or just leave it fabric?

I'm just going to leave it fabric. That much black stitching on black fabric would cross my eyes permanently, lol. Plus there was no difference between the pony and the background in the original artwork, so I think it stays more true to that.

IT'S DONE!! Whew, I really like it, now what to do with it...

i think it would make a great pillow. it's lovely, btw.
