Bayeux Tapestry WIP

So the Bayeux tapestry is 193 feet long and tells the story of the conquest of England by William the Conqueror. While I'm crazy, I'm not crazy enough to do the entire 193 feet- I'm doing a sampler. I couldn't find the exact image that I'm working from online, but here's a picture so you can get the idea.

Meanwhile, here's my work. It's taking me FOREVER because the pattern is in a library book (Medieval Cross Stitch Samplers by Angela Wainwright) and I'm not smart enough to copy the pattern. Actual stitching area is 6" wide by 7" high. I just have the rest of the top boat and part of another boat to do. Get it in gear!
